Is It Coffee You’re After?
I’ll drink coffee just about any way I can get it. There’s always good coffee and bad coffee, but the worst is no coffee. As I get older, I am realizing that what is more important than “just grabbing coffee on the way”, is making sure I am starting my day out with a high-quality cup of coffee. I’ve found out that the best way to ensure the quality and consistency of my coffee is to do two things: 1. Buy high-quality coffee beans from good farms. 2. Roast the beans in smaller batches to ensure the ideal roast every time.
It seems like there is an endless string of coffee choices and all of them are from the west coast or have slick marketing and an “image” that people can identify with. I, personally, don’t like to let what I consume define who I am. I just seek quality. That is why I started Wellhead Roasters. To provide high-quality coffee, from the same sources as the factory and chain stores, without the nonsense.
I am so happy to get to offer my coffee to people who get it.
